The Partner Delivery Manager helps oversee Eightfold's partner implementations across our global customer base. Partners include major SI's such as PWC, SAP, Deloitte, leading SAAS brands such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and marquee partnerships across specific industries such as AMS, ROI. This individual will have project to project responsibility to support the partner implementation of Eightfold's talent network and work closely with the partners. You will need to work with partners both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform knowledge across all modules of our offering. Support the Eightfold Sales team in pre-sales consultation and project definition together with potential partners. Manage Partner led project implementations from start to launch. This includes supporting effort scoping, project estimating, contracting, validating partner resource(s), delivery excellence, etc. Act as extended member of Partners project team during initial client discovery workshops through integration, testing, and launch - outlining best in class approach to configurations, customizations, integrations where appropriate. Document projects so that the full product lifecycle can be properly managed. Validate the technical setup with the partner. Work closely with account managers on the partnership. Qualifications 5
years experience with a leading HRIS/ATS platform(s) such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar. Solid technology background with 5
years of project management and/or product focus with a documented track record. Experience in customer management. Experience in partner management. Working knowledge and experience with:
API integration, SAAS software platforms, product integration, and product configuration. Accountable for overall end customer user experience and satisfaction.
