Position Overview:
1 of 5 Part Time Positions within the Welch Allyn Customer Care Department
In this highly interactive position, the Welch Allyn part time Customer Care Representative (CCR) will spend approximately 90% of the time on the telephone providing and gathering information to and from end users, distributors, and the field sales force. The information provided and gathered includes but is not limited to: pricing, products, scheduled deliveries, orders, and service notifications. You will also resolve basic technical product issues and recommend product solutions to customers as applicable.

Key
Responsibilities:
o Provide day to day support to meet customer requirements
o Answer questions on products and services provided including specifications, functionality, availability and service requirements
o Follow established processes to process phone orders and provide order status, process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and provide RMA status information
o Provide SAP resource and support to look up part numbers and pricing information and relay to Customers
LI-TD1
Required Background:
o High School Diploma
o Ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet business requirements under entry skill level
o Basic knowledge of our product offerings and services
o Ability to operate computer systems, input lists, records
o Passion and desire to assist customers and solve problems
o Good oral and written communication skills are required
o Basic knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
o SAP Experience is a beneficial
o 1 year experience in customer care role preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
